Enables candidates to acquire a functional communication in British Sign Language through participation in simulated 'real life' scenarios.

British Sign Language - Signature Level 3 NVQ Certificate
Enables candidates, who have completed a Level 2 BSL qualification or equivalent, to to construct a BSL Level 3 NVQ Certificate portfolio. Final portfolios will be “Internally Verified” prior to submission to Signature for approval.

British Sign Language - Signature Level 6 NVQ Certificate
Enables participants to further develop their existing BSL skills to a professionally proficient level. Participants should have completed Signature Level 3 NVQ Certificate or equivalent, prior to starting this course.

Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Sign Language Interpreting (BSL/English)
Over a period of approximately 12 – 18 months (8 months teaching and the remainder evidence gathering) candidates are required to build a portfolio demonstrating their ability to function at different levels.
